At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of therapy to help people reconnect with their inner strength and find positive relief from emotional distress. My approach is compassionate. Therapy is designed to feel safe, supportive, and tailored to your unique story.
My aim is to help you feel understood, empowered, and supported in making changes that matter to you.
My name is Brandon Southcott, and I am a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist and EMDR-Certified Therapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health services. I trained at King’s College London and have helped clients facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Alongside my private practice, I work with the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, a globally respected leader in mental health care.
We'll work together using CBT or EMDR, shaped to suit your individual goals and preferences.
Our approach will be grounded in evidence-based practice, delivered with compassion, and built on collaboration, with a focus on supporting you to make progress at your own pace.
Together, we explore strategies and practical tools to help you manage difficulties, build confidence, and work towards a more resilient future.
